I’ve chosen purple wedding attire for the bride, groom, wedding party, and guests for you. When planning a wedding, one of the first things you will think about is the wedding dress, and if you love the color purple, you’ll want a purple dress instead of the more traditional colors white or ivory.
After choosing your purple wedding dress there are some bridal accessories you may want to include. These can be seamless shapewear, other undergarments, and a garter belt. (You may want 1 for the reception and 1 to have as a keepsake.) Other bridal accessories are belts or sashes, detachable sleeves and wedding trains, lace or satin gloves, a bridal veil or headpiece, and wedding dress toppers. Most likely, you’ll want to complement your outfit with a bridal clutch or evening bag, hair accessories, jewelry, bridal shoes, and possibly dress sneakers. Here are a few tips on choosing the style of wedding dress you want. If you’re choosing a purple wedding dress, there aren’t as many choices, but there are still some very nice dresses to choose from.
Ballgown – Cinderella wore a ball gown. They have a very full skirt and will look nice on most everyone. You may want to reconsider, though, if you’re very petite or small since you might feel like you get lost in the skirt. If you think of yourself as having tomboy tastes in clothes, this probably isn’t the best choice.
Empire – they have a raised waistline that starts right under the bust. Is a very romantic style and is flattering to most body types. The shape of the dress helps to lengthen the body’s appearance.
Mermaid and trumpet – they are fitted through the bodice, waist, and hips, then flare out dramatically to accentuate curvy body shapes. You definitely want to feel confident in your body for this choice.
Sheath – this is best suited for women with nice figures or are very slim. It fits very close to your body and will show any flaws you may have. If you’re not really confident or happy with your figure, you probably don’t want to choose this style. The shape of this dress can also help to lengthen the body’s appearance
